I spent 20 years fixing drift in organizations... Then I saw it at my own dinner table.

For two decades, I built performance cultures inside companies. Merger Integrations. Strategy. Transformations.

What I found was surprisingly consistent. The problem was rarely talent.

It was the environment.

One evening at my own kitchen table, I realized the same patterns I had spent my career fixing in organizations were quietly showing up at home.

My kids were loved. Supported. They had every opportunity.

And yet — they were coasting.

You didn’t fail your child.
You built a system that worked beautifully for one stage.
Now it needs to evolve.

So I started applying the same diagnostic thinking to family life. Not to make childhood harder, but to understand what actually builds internal drive when survival is no longer the motivator.

That work eventually became the DRIVE Framework and later Generational Drive, where I now work with parents and organizations. See how we work together.

This is the same work — applied to a different environment.

I work with high-achieving families, executives, and leadership teams who want to build motivation, responsibility, and independence in their children. My approach combines organizational strategy, behavioral insight, and real-world application to help parents create environments where drive develops naturally.

I provide parent coaching for high-achieving families who want to build internal drive, not just manage behavior.
